If you consider yourself a porkaholic, Hokus Porkus' Piggy Bag is the perfect treat.
The venture is a collaborative effort by home chefs Rhea Mitra-Dalal of Euphorhea's Kitchen, Subhasree Basu of Hungry Cat Kitchen, Madhumita Pyne of Insomniac Cook, and Gitika Saikia of Gitika's Pakghor. Their delivery service gives you a chance to sample the four chefs' pork specialties, including Goan Choriz Pulao, Pumpkin Pork Curry, Smoked Pork Vegetable Curry and Parsi Ripe Mango and Pork Curry. "This is for a different audience. They aren't the ones who want to check in at a pop-up, or take photos of their experience; they just want good food. There is, of course, the convenience of getting it delivered straight to your home, office or party," says Mitra-Dalal. "The Piggy Bag means we are accessible even when the pop-ups don't happen."

This is the third edition of Piggy Bag, and will feature a completely new menu, and, for the first time, mini meals. Expect Ham Sausage and Mushroom Pie and Choriz Pao from Mitra-Dalal; Smoked Pork Potato Curry and Pork Stir Fry in Bhut Jolokia Tomato Sauce from Saikia; Pork Salad and Pork curry with Kaffir Lime from Basu, and Pulled Pork Crepes and Pork Adobo from Pyne.
"Hokus Porkus, for us, is a chance to explore and sample new flavours while rediscovering old ones. We are constantly digging out traditional recipes and experimenting with them," says Mitra-Dalal.
