"This is a hands-on class where you will get to make three dishes. We're keeping the chef's identity a secret for now.

Crêpes
On the menu is Ratatouille Niçoise, a French provençale stewed vegetable dish; Gratin Dauphinois a potato and fresh cream-based preparation originating in the Dauphine region in Southeast France; and Crêpes, which are delicate pancakes filled and topped with preserves and whipped cream.

Culinary Craft offers cooking classes for different age groups, and teaches a variety of cuisines and techniques. This is their second French cooking class.
