Basbousa
Look beyond baklavas and plumb for another traditional Middle-eastern variety, Basbousa, from the newly-launched Middle Eastern Sweets Collection. This semolina cake flavoured with orange blossom water and nuts is sprinkled with assorted dried fruits, orange, lemon, coconut, chocolate and nuts.
