Namrata Purohit is an Indian Pilates instructor who co-founded The Pilates Studio with her father Samir Purohit. She is 26 years old and is one of the youngest celebrity fitness trainers.

Namrata Purohit trains a number of Bollywood stars including Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Kangana Ranaut, Malaika Arora, Kareena Kapoor to name a few.

Namrata Purohit often trains Kareena Kapoor and in an interview with mid-day, Namrata said, "She came to me 45 days after her son, Taimur, was born. She did not have a particular body size that she wanted to achieve. Kareena only wanted to be fit and flexible again. She has lost 16 kilos since we first started working out."
