Anand Piramal and Isha Ambani were friends since childhood before they got hitched. Their families share a strong bond of friendship that apparently spans for over four decades. Anand Piramal popped the question to Isha Ambani at a temple in Mahabaleshwar. The couple celebrated the occasion with a lunch, joined by their parents, Mukesh and Nita Ambani and Ajay and Swati Piramal besides other family members.
Anand Piramal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. While Isha Ambani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and South Asian Studies from Yale University.
