A new website aims to make you more joyful by chronicling your happy moments every day for 100 days
Puneites just got one more reason to be happy. The free website 100happydays.com aims to emphasise that the very thought of being happy can help one to be so.

Once you register on the website, you have to then try to be happy for 100 days. As part of the process, you have to upload a photo on Facebook, Twitter or any other social media website of a moment that has made you happy every day. Once you upload 100 pictures in 100 days you will get a photo album of all the moments.
The GUIDE chatted with Puneites who have registered on to the site.
RJ Apporava Jadhav says, “This is a very interesting thing. I upload a photo of a happy moment and whenever I feel low I can see it and feel good about it. It has been a fortnight since I have logged on to the site and I feel happier for sure.”
Minal Sanjagiri, a programme director for a leading radio channel, seconds Jadhav. “To be happy for 100 days at a stretch is not easy. For the first few days I did it very technically but then I realised that if you decide to be happy no one can stop you. I upload my happy moment photos daily and I have completed 23 days. Initially, one may fail but one must continue and it soon becomes a habit.”
IT executive Ashutosh Velhankar has just been a part of the site for five days but admits that it’s not easy to be happy the whole day as even a small problem can spoil your mood. “This website will help me to be happy for at least some time; the target that I have set for myself is one month and than the target of 100 days.”
