I was seeing this boy for a year and I loved him. But I felt I should not get so close to him and called it off. So we broke-up. I then found out that while we were going out, he was texting other girls too and trying to get pally with them. But I still loved him. Later I met this other guy who cares for me. But my problem is that I still love my former boyfriend. I have tried hard to get over him. I've even went as far as to burn a picture of him, and although that did help a little bit, nothing has made my feelings go away. What should I do?

You are in one confusing position. Your mind is all muddled up. First, you still love your ex despite the fact that he was cheating on you. Second, you dump him and soon find another one. It's but natural then to make comparisons with your present and ex guy. You need to take time off both the men till your mind is clear. And you don't have to go to the extent of burning your former flame's snapshots... good heavens... that happens in the movies! Onceu00a0 you have sorted out the situation and take stock of where you want to see yourself, you will then think with a clear mind. If you still love your ex and willing to forgive his trespasses then what was the tearing hurry to step out with someone else? If you had taken time to heal, I am sure you would have realised that it was a mistake to dump your ex. You alone are responsible for the mess and you alone can help yourself out of it. Sit back and think who you love and are more happy to be with and accordingly make a decision.

What's wrong with your woman! I can't believe that she has actually kept track of your eye movements at public places. Tell her you need to look ahead at passers-by or you might just bump into someone (and then she might make some more accusations!). Tell her to take a chill pill and tell her that all this is her inference. Why would you look at other women when you have the one you love on your arm. And even if you looked, so what it does not mean anything at all. Good heavens! Next time I suggest you keep looking at her every now and then. She'll get so irritated that she will tell you to look ahead automatically!
