Dear Diana,
I am a 37-year-old woman married for nine years. Ours was a love marriage. I used to work and earn well. My husband's job is not permanent so he would use most of my money. All was going well between my husband and me until I got pregnant and quit my job. I had conceived after a long treatment and with difficulty. But ever since then there has been a drastic change in his behaviour towards me. He has become very insensitive towards me and the baby. My child is two years old now. The situation is such that I barelyu00a0 talk to my hubby until there is some work. I find it suffocating to live in this environment. I have frequent low BP attacks which he is aware of. I am worried about my child and can't let my health detoriate. I have tried to talk to him but he doesn't care.

Dear Friend,
It is clear that your hubby was being nice to you because you were bringing home the money. He could use the money at his disposal as finances from his side were lacking. He does not have a fixed job nor a constant supply of income. The moment you realised you were pregnant and quit owing to health issues, he realised that the cash flow would stop. This has irked him which has translated in his changed behaviour towards you. He needs to realise that with a small child at home it will be difficult for you to resume a job for the time being. Instead of finding a suitable job, he is acting like a nincompoop and keeping mum. He needs to get out and get a job. You made it a habit to depend on you for financial help, so he is finding it difficult now.
