Dear Diana, I keep forgetting things and often get into trouble. Initially, I thought it's due to the stress from work but this has been going on for a considerable amount of time.
It’s affecting my married life too and I don’t know how to explain to my wife what is wrong with me. The other day I forgot to call her on time and she started casting doubts on my fidelity. She’s even worried that I might be having an affair when it’s not even true. Should I visit a psychiatrist or something so that I can have my mental health evaluated?

Dear Virat,
If you have forgotten some things at some time, it is not that there is a major problem. You need to settle down and clear your mind. Perhaps there is too much happening in your life at this phase, so you are always preoccupied and forgetting things. It is not a case of big worry unless you continue doing so. Explain your predicament to your wife and I am sure she will understand your situation. What is stopping you from telling her the truth? It beats me why you can’t tell her. It is because of your strange behaviour that she is suspecting that you are having an affair. Get out with it and at the same time try not to be forgetful!u00a0
Diana will solve it!
