Even as his peerswere engrossed in searching their way to a lucrative dream career, Utkarsh, while preparing for his matriculation exams, chose to tread the less-travelled path. He was driven by an inner motivation to find answers to fundamental questions involving the conventional education system of the country. He soon came to the conclusion that it was imperative to embrace new technologies for advancement of the education system in order to pave the way for the growth of a resurgent India.

To fulfil his dream, he travelled to global education hubs across Europe, Australia, and Asia, and learnt formally about their education practices to imbibe the best of these to conceptualise and manage his brainchild, the Ramagya Group. As he donned Ramagya’s leadership mantle and took up the responsibility with a futuristic vision and clear targets, he forged Ramagya School’s collaboration with the University of California and Cambridge University, paving the way to international exposure for students in more than 150 countries. This speaks a lot about his progressive vision combined with critical thinking and learning. Ranked as No-1 in India for sports education by ‘Education World’ in the year 2020, Ramagya Sports Academy in collaboration with M.S Dhoni Cricket Academy, provides the best cricket training in Noida. Also, the BhaichungBhutia Football School has teamed up to coach Ramagya’s Football enthusiasts.
Similarly, the institution has collaborated with Jwala Gutta’s Global Academy for Badminton Global, NBA Basketball School and Ashley Lobo’s the Danceworx. Utkarsh further adds, “We aim to take passion of kids to the next level by not only providing them the trainings and equipment but also an easy access to nutritionists, sports councillors and physiotherapists who work round the clock and prepare kids to represent the country on international forums.”
Pertinently, Ramagya Sports Academy has achieved the distinction of representing India in different sports on global scale. Additionally, Utkarsh has also been instrumental in founding Ramagya institutes across Delhi-NCR, especially for the aspirants of various competitive entrance exams including IIIT JEE and NEET. Ramagya Roots offers Finland based curriculum for tiny tots in India and specialised day care services under the banner ‘First Steps’.

Consequently under his command Ramagya Group is all set to launch a new vertical, a B2B E-commerce platform ‘Ramagya Mart’ that encompasses more than twenty brands initially. The platform will connect manufacturers with the whole-sellers, distributors, and dealers directly. The objective of Ramagya Mart is to drive a specific category of Indian manufacturers by offering them a platform to create their wholesale e-marts on the portal and use the platform as an image-building tool to engage with a large diaspora of tier 2 and tier 3 wholesale businesses primarily.
Quite early in his life, Utkarsh realised that true success is to be in position to give back to society, a trait which runs in his blood. His mother, Ms Rajini Gupta who is also a founder member of Ramagya Foundation, works selflessly for under-privileged kids and more than one lakh people are benefitted from various programs of Ramagya Foundation. Ramagya Foundation has started ‘Baal Saathee’ project which identifies the kids suffering from anxiety, depression, sexual harassment, and works for their mental and physical growth. A large team of doctors, clinical experts, psychologists, nurses and councillors works endlessly to accomplish this goal.
Utkarsh also practices transcendental meditation regularly which is a great source of his boundless energy, unceasing strength and calm. In fact, he is the first to have introduced this technique as part of educational methodology. He says, “In my view, meditation should be practised by all to attain inner calm, clarity of mind and healthier body as it aids in learning, memorising and self-realisation.”
