Dr. Snehal Adsule has done MD (Alternative Medicine), BHMS, Diploma in nutrition and diet planning, she is also a personal counselor and REBT Therapist. She has also been Rewarded with the ‘Sarvochh Seva Sanman Award’ by NMIMS (May 2018). ‘Most Trusted Dietitian of the year’ by Brands Impact (Jan 2019). Her motive in life is to make one Million Indian women healthy, happy, and empowered.

A healthy diet includes a proper sort of food in a specified quantity and also a proper intake of water which is essential to keep our body hydrated. A well-balanced diet including all the nutrients provides numerous benefits: It helps in keeping you active all through the day. The utmost important thing is to manage your weight and consume a diet which can lead to a steady weight of the body. Eating healthily is about the balance one needs to maintain. As the world around is deteriorating and many new diseases are making space, so it’s necessary to have a diet rich in vitamins and minerals to boost our immunity and for moderate development of the body.
