Punjabi singer Neer Punjabi's new song, "Delhi Waaliye" is a fun party song. The music video stars Silky Shillu as the main actress and is directed by Lil Big(Shanty Kanwar). He has directed other hit Punjabi songs. Produced by Faiz Qureshi, founder of Reddwings Productions, the song has an upbeat tune and will always keep the listeners dancing. The project by RTM Entertainment Founder CEO Nirdesh Tyagi and Anshika Dixit. The music for the song is given by J Jind, the songwriter is Shahdeep and the rapper is Chintu Beat. The line producer is Parikshit Gosain.

The shooting of the music video took place for three days at three different club locations in Chandigarh. To add an international element to it, Russian dancers were a part of the video. The video has a combination of both Indian and Russian dancers. 200 people were cast for the video while the crew was 50 people. The song contains many tricks like fire breathing, bar juggling, and laser shots which have not been performed by any Punjabi songs before. For the video, Colourist Makeup Studio by Sharad Arora did the make-up. The make-up artists were hired from Delhi. The international models and the singer were prepped by them.
