What does receiving the mid-day Icon for ‘Iconic Residential Project of the Year—Western Mumbai’ mean to you?

It means a lot to us. It is an exciting endeavour.
Why do you think this icon for NG Diamond Hill is well-deserved?
NG diamond hill is located in one of the most prime locations as it is facing the main road of Beverly Park in Mira Road (East). It is opposite the mayor’s bungalow and very close to the newly constructed high court.
Can you elaborate on how your company has been able to achieve the realty needs of home-seekers?
We put in a lot of effort by doing market research. We visit our competitors, we analyse the amenities they provide and we try to provide at least 20% more than what they are providing in terms of amenities, room sizes, fittings and overall quality.
What are the visions of your company and how do you plan to take it forward?
We plan on doing more affordable yet luxurious projects in the Mira Road region. The future of Mumbai is Mira Road. It is on its way to becoming the most lucrative destination of the suburbs for business, living and everything in-between.
What have been the achievements of your company that you feel pride in showcasing?
Basically, our biggest achievements would be that we deliver projects on time so that our customers need not worry at all. Of course, with timely delivery we also ensure top quality.
With the challenges thrown up by the Pandemic, how do you see the realty industry rising from it?
The first wave had disturbed almost every major segment of business. But after about five months the Government was considerate enough to provide leverages that proved more than just helpful. Many of us were able to stand back and take on the storm that the pandemic had brought upon us. We are thankful for the customers who came out to pursue their dream homes in such testing times. The second wave showed some similar patterns in the industry, but as always, we are recovering and are on our way back up.
What are the realty trends that are here to stay according to you?
It should be a mantra to always upgrade and update yourself according to the market trends. Be it quality, quantity, approach or any other aspect. We should incorporate new technologies, techniques and selections to attract customers seeking their dream home.
Your success mantra?
I would say it is ‘timely delivery with utmost quality’.
