Fitness is less about flaunting a perfectly toned physique and more about focusing on overall wellbeing. It requires hard work to achieve the transformation goals, but at the same time, it requires sheer dedication to stay consistent in your fitness journey. Today we tell you about one such inspirational man named Satya Yadav whose journey from fat to fit will leave everyone impressed. Based out of Rajnagar in Ghaziabad, Satya had been obese during childhood. With a bodyweight of almost 114 kg at an age of 14, he felt difficult to run even the 300 metres race. However, his determined mindset helped him achieve the impossible.

In the following years, Satya started hitting the gym and worked out rigorously to lose almost 23 kgs. “I remember when I initially began with jogging to lose weight. But the end goal was to lose fat and gain muscle. After working out in the gym regularly, I got motivation for bodybuilding”, reveals Satya. Well, who could have imagined that a guy being overweight would transform with a chiselled physique within five years? This young lad achieved his fitness goals with finesse by winning Bodybuilding Heavyweight Championship and becoming Mr. UP at an age of 20.

With the passing of years, Satya Yadav participated in several other bodybuilding competitions including Mr. North India Bodybuilding Competition where he bagged the third position. Talking about one of the toughest times during his fitness journey, Satya stated how he was shattered when he lost his mother and elder brother in 2011. “I was depressed, and I did not understand where my life was going. But the only option I had was to not give up. I kept on going, and things challenges gradually became opportunities”, Satya added.

Another challenging phase in Satya Yadav’s life was in 2013 when he got his left pectoral muscle injury. It kept him away from bodybuilding, but his attitude of never giving up opened doors of success for him. Since 2016, Satya Yadav has been constantly participating in various marathon races. He has won several laurels and has rightly proved that nothing is impossible to achieve. His life mantra has been pretty simple – “Learn from your mistakes. Go through the pain and grow towards gain.” Living a disciplined lifestyle, Satya Yadav continues to inspire the youth with his remarkable achievements.

While sports and fitness remain his passion, Satya Yadav has is running a successful venture in the field of construction. In the Starry Night Marathon earlier in Gurugram, Satya bagged the fifth position. Besides this, he has even bagged gold in Ultra Tuffman Desert Championship that took place in Jaisalmer. Covering 54 kilometres in Noida Grand Marathon remains another achievement in Satya Yadav’s kitty. The fitness level he has built is undeniably at par with many athletes, and his desire to go beyond the limit is what makes him one of the most inspiring personalities in the fitness industry.
