Jai Bhatia actor, fitness and travel influencers, have done many fashion campaign, he also in talks with Ott platforms for web shows, did a fashion campaign with Mr Amitabh Bachan that has been the highlight of recently started acting career, he did theatre at the prestigious Lee Strasberg theatre and film institute New york, fitness has always played a very important part in his life.


 


“Why being fit has become so important, fitness does not only mean having a six-pack or going to the gym it means engaging in an activity like running, dancing or your favourite sport, its the best way to boost your immunity and be strong physically and mentally, now because we need immunity more than ever, it is the best time to sweat even at home and eat clean, another misconception about eating clean or diet is that you cannot eat your favourite food, I always see people eat clean for 3 days and then quitting because they cannot sustain, so balance is the key to a healthy and happy life, I still remember when I saw MR Bachan on set, his discipline, his energy and his enthusiasm even at this age was inspiring. As a young guy, he became my inspiration and I am very confident he leads a very healthy life. I get a lot of questions on my social media especially Instagram about the diet I follow, I try to eat in small portions throughout the day and that is the key for a healthy lifestyle, eating once or twice in large portions is the mistake many people make, to all the people reading start with today, stop saying tomorrow, you will see results and that will be your motivation.


 

I am from punjabi background so eating amazing food is something we love from butter chicken to mom's biryani ,and the heavy Indian breakfast well I enjoy all the amazing food but the thing which I keep in mind is balance. Eating your favourite food is not a problem once a week but not sweating it out after that Is it only human to see your favourite sweet or a pizza and not being able to resist I also do that , but the important thing to keep in mind is to get up next day and do at least one hour of any fitness related activity ,in my childhood I used to play cricket like almost all the kids of our country ,I was skinny as a kid so I had to eat a lot to not be underweight. So my goals were different of the kind of physique I wanted to have , I was used to hearing stuff about my body as a kid about how thin I was ,it was something all my relatives used to say even before saying hello ‘kitna patla hai kuch khata nahi hai kya’ so  everyone has their goals related to the kind of physique they want to achieve, the thing which is important is to keep your fitness goal in mind and say to yourself I CAN and I will.
