There is an abundance of political parties and politicians ruling our country. When it comes to knowing our political leaders, most of us do not know information beyond their names, parties, and states. It cannot be ignored that politicians play a key role in handling the grievances of the common citizens and solving their problems soon. They use their knowledge and wisdom in framing the laws and regulations. Though wisdom is not completely dependent on knowledge gained through education, it also is not completely disconnected.

In a democratic setup like the one in our country, a politician is not required to have any minimum level of educational qualification. What is necessary is their ability to connect with the masses, political acumen and the skill to get things done for their electorate. The good part is that we have a large number of politicians who are well educated with some politicians holding degrees from prestigious institutions.
