We ask Kunal what makes him stand apart from others in the business to which he answers, "the knack for organising events with good food was there since my early days in college as I was known for holding parties which had enough appeal in it to drive in crowds. It was clear in my mind since that time that this is what I wanted to pursue and went ahead in establishing my career in the food and services industry," says Kunal.
After completing his graduation in the commerce stream, he worked upon building his business and shortly launched his first cafe Waffle Affairs, which took off well within a short time. The wide variety of desserts and waffles that his food outlet offers is a treat for your taste buds which makes their customers coming in again asking for more. "after the successful launch of my first cafe and seeing the response and love it received from customers it was time to go ahead and open a second food venture and this idea gave birth to my restaurant The Second Affair which took off from the word go and since then I have never looked back," informs Kunal. The success of his second venture paved way for two more businesses which had unique concepts called Showstopper and SkyNest the Terrace Cafe. That's not all, he also launched a distinct concept to cater his health conscious customer base named The Lean Kitchen.
He has shown tremendous growth since the inception of his first venture and has reached a commendable position today which is worth an applause. His work has been widely acknowledged, and him winning the Public Choice Awards is enough proof of it. Recently he has also entered the interior business by establishing his new venture GK Hospitality which will exclusively cater to cafes and commercial spaces. He started with nothing in hand and has today reached a position from where he can call the shots. He stands as an inspiration for many out there who want to prove themselves in the entrepreneurial world in true sense.
