New Delhi: Homegrown device manufacturer Spice launched Stellar 526n which is an octa core smartphone. The handset comes at an affordable price of Rs 7999. Spice Stellar 526n is being recognised as one of the cheapest octa core smartphones in the market.

The new Stellar 526n is akin to the Stellar 526 in terms of dimensions and features. The Spice Stellar 526n Octa is an upgraded version of the hexa core processor fitted Stellar 526 which was launched last year in July.
The smartphone features a 5-inch LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is clocked at 1.4GHz MediaTek SOC processor based on the Cortex A7. On the innards, the device gets 8GB of internal storage capacity which is expandable upto 32 GB. The dual SIM phone flaunts an 8-megapixel camera on the rear surface and a 3.2-megapixel camera on the front for selfie enthusiasts.
Although the smartphone gets the dual SIM option but only one SIM can run the 3G network option. Other connectivity features include GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and EDGE.
The Stellar 526n Octa is fueled with a 2500mAh battery which is estimated to deliver approximately 280 hours of standby.
