Samsung electronics, a leading name in the mobile phone industry, has decided to lay stress and put focus on large screen smartphones in the Indian market. Samsung believes that large screen displays will speed up the adoption percentage of smartphones amongst buyers.

Manu Sharma, Samsung India, VP (Mobile Business), stated that from now on the company will focus on large screen smartphones with display sizes around 5.5-inches and above. He also stated that worldwide trend is now shifting towards large screen devices and India is no exception in this case.

So, Samsung will drive the adoption of large screen devices in India.
