New Delhi: Chinese technology company Lenovo on Monday launched two devices -- K5 Note with theatreMax technology and an enhanced version of Vibe K5 Plus with an array of supported devices -- in India.

The Lenovo K5 Note starts at Rs 11,999 for 3GB varient and Rs 13,499 for the 4GB varient. The device is available on Flipkart starting August 3.

Vibe K5 Plus comes in champagne gold, silver and graphite grey colours and is available on Flipkart from August 3 for Rs 8,499.

All this at an extremely competitive price for entertainment enthusiasts”, said Sudhin Mathur, Executive Director, Mobile Business Group, Lenovo in a statement.
Unlike VR, TheaterMax allows a user to delve into new experience, when watching movies, videos and playing games with a pair of Lenovo VR glasses.

Without the need for a library of games and apps, TheaterMax turns all your existing media and games into an immersive large screen experience boasting smooth graphics, lifelike surround sound and responsive 3D gameplay.
For gaming and hands-free control, along with the ANTVR glasses, consumers can also get the TheaterMax controller for media control.
For gaming enthusiasts, Lenovo has tied-up with Amkette to bring the Evo Pad 2 as a precision controller for TheaterMax gaming.

Featuring 5.5-inch Full HD display with a 178 degrees wide viewing angle, the Lenovo K5 Note delivers an uncompromised entertainment experience for streaming and watching video.
The smartphone also comes with advanced sound input and recording capabilities with 3-mic system and Wolfson audio codecto filter out ambient noise and greatly enhance sound quality during recording.

The device comes with a 13MP PDAF rear camera and an 8MP wide angle 1.4mm pixel selfie camera.
K5 Note is also more secure with fast 0.3sec fingerprint sensor for hassle-free authentication to unlock the device.

VIBE K5 Note also packs a 64-bit 8-Core 6755 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, up to 4 GB RAM and a high-capacity 3,500mAh embedded battery. It has an onboard memory of 32GB which can be expanded by a 128GB memory card.
Vibe K5 Plus has 3GB RAM, a five-piece 13MP rear and 5MP front camera. It has a Qualcomm snapdragon 616 Octacore processor and 2750mAh battery.

The phone comes with 16GB onboard memory with an option to expand it via a 128GB memory card.
