Listening to the story of how a bunch of boys went on to become men who know where they are headed to, through songs that combine folk music with Rock, may be a different experience altogether.
Based in Bangalore, folk-rock band Swarathma tells the tale of the growth of the band through songs that are part of their second album Topiwalleh. The band’s music has been loved and appreciated by music lovers across the country and on the launch of their second album they are doing a multi-city tour called The Bindaas Rest Less Swarathma tour.

Their debut album which released in 2009, introduced the world to their brand of folk-rock creating a huge fan following for this new genre of music. Since the launch of their first album three years back, they have performed in many festivals in UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Morocco.
Acclaimed composer Loy Mendonsa has worked with the band for their second album, helping them polish some of their new compositions, while retaining the band’s identity.
