The malware specialises in infiltrating a users' facebook timeline by downloading a Trojan and its same bug that hit the US users in January this year.
To avoid the embarrassment, users must remove unnecessary browser extension and check the apps on regular basis. The users should not click on any fishy links as it can be malware.
The users should also avoid downloading stuffs from random websites and should keep the smartphone and PCs updates with genuine anti-virus software.
The users should be careful while downloading apps as some of them may steal your data. Recently, an app, Unfriend Alert - that alerts you when someone "unfreinds" you on Facebook - has been found to be collecting users' Facebook data.
