Surprisingly, the dreaded five-letter word doesn't seem all that dreadful anymore. Stress is a part of every officegoers life and beating it isn't exactly rocket science. In fact, with the variety of de-stressing options available, stress is actually worth it.
Work out
Stretching your muscles can do you a world of good. Be it yoga, gym, walking, dancing or kick-boxing, physical activity makes for a great stress buster. So go ahead and flex your muscles.
Making time: You can exercise in the mornings or after work. If your office is close by, you have the option of walking down too. You can also do a few exercises in front of your PC.
Get on your hobby horse
From painting to dancing, creative writing to photography, cooking to origami, you are spoilt for choices. Making time: You could join a class after work or indulge in your hobby at home. If you enjoy sketching or reading, you could even make time for it during the free hours at work.
Indulge your senses
Pamper yourself and you will feel good. Be it a shopping marathon or a rejuvenating massage at a spa, sinful food or a facial at a salon near you, the idea is to forget about office and live life king-size, at least for a day.u00a0
Making time: If you want an appointment at the spa or salon, you'll have to wait for the weekend because these treatments require time. But if you're looking for a lavish dinner or some after work shopping, you don't need to mark your calendar.
