Dear Diana,
I am 25 and do not have a boyfriend. All my pals have one. When we hang out together, I am the odd one out. I am keen to get a boyfriend as soon as possible, but I really do not know how to go about it. I feel I am missing something in life. I have had guy friends at college and later when I was studying for a travel and tourism course. But I never felt attracted to anyone. I barely know any guys. Sometimes I feel that there is something wrong with me. I wonder why I never found anyone interesting. I have recently started working in a travel agency, but here too there is no one interesting. At the rate I am going, I feel I will end up being single. When will I find a guy? My parents are already on the look out for a suitable match for me. I am wary about all this. What do I do?

Dear Drashti,
Just because your friends have guys in their lives does not mean that you should have one pronto. There is no time frame to find love. You are 25 so there is lots of time ahead. Love happens and you never know where and when you will find your Mr Right. You cannot go hunting for a guy. You will suddenly find someone you feel attracted to, someone who makes you feel special. A relationship happens when the time and the person are right. We have no control over it. Also, there is no need to be desperate. If you try to be too overbearing, you might put guys off. Instead of trying to find a guy, just widen your friends' circle and meet more people. If you happen to meet someone special that way, then great.
