Copper Chimney, Bandra, has introduced the ‘Tandoor & Toasts Brunch’, available on weekends. It features live music, live chaat counter and a dedicated kids’ zone. Start with the chaat counter serving favourites like Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Palak Patta Chaat, alongside Aam Panna Gol Gappe Shots. The brunch continues with salads, soups, kulcha bites with dips and kebabs. The main course features both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. To complete the experience, indulge in classic desserts like Gulab Jamun, Kulfi, Ice-Cream and Almond Mawa Cake.

Each evening brings new dishes, curated to showcase the richness of Ayurvedic cuisine, bringing together seasonal ingredients, aromatic spices and nourishing flavours. Expect dishes crafted with ingredients like turmeric, cumin, fennel and ajwain, alongside cooling elements like coconut, mint and coriander that bring a refreshing contrast. Ghee, jaggery and honey add natural richness and sweetness, while whole grains like millets, amaranth and barley provide nourishment.

Special dishes and attractions include: The Starry Night Dessert, Van Gogh-Inspired Coffee Art and Starry Night Postcards. One can also explore the immersive art exhibition ‘Brushstrokes & Beyond: A Van Gogh Tribute’, which features creations by Aadnya Manerkar and Aayush Shah.
