Playing on its true  essence of serving classical and traditional recipes by giving it a modern touch, Ishaara has curated its Navratri special thalis that it will serve over the next nine days. These dishes come from across India, with familiar names and some experiments. Curated by Chef Jagdish Naidu for all patrons, they have an exclusive Bengali food experience called 'Durgotsav Bhoj' curated by Miss Anasuya Banerji for all dinners from October 15 to October 24.

The inspiration behind Ishaara's Bengali Thali this festive season draws from the roots of East Bengal, particularly the Dhaka and Comilla region. It encompasses a rich array of cooking ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques. Anasuya Banerji, a visionary leader renowned for her impact on education and skill development, brings her creativity, perseverance, attention to detail, and community-building spirit to the forefront this festive season. She presents a specially curated menu, 'Durgotsav Bhoj', drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of the past four generations.

Diners can indulge in a diverse range of appetisers, including Machher chop, Kochuri and Shukno Aloor Dam, Fish fry, and more as a part of the meal to celebrate Durga Puja. The main course features authentic dishes such as Bhanpa lish, Machher Kalia, Chingri Phookopi, and Jhuri Aloo Bhaja. Conclude your meal with the sweet indulgence of Bengali specialties like Mishti Doi & Nolen Gurer Rasogulla. The entire Bengali Thali experience will be exclusively available in Mumbai's Ishaara at Palladium, and Kurla Phoenix Market City.

Navratri is undoubtedly the biggest highlight for people in Mumbai, who celebrate it by offering prayers to all female Goddesses, dancing with playing garba and dandiya. The highlight during these days are the meals that people indulge in. For the occasion, Ishaara has curated a Navratri special thali with dishes like Fruit salad, Sabudana Khichdi, Jeera Aloo Methi, Falhari Paneer, Rajgira Kadhi, Kuttu ki Puri and many more accompaniments to make the meal a memorable experience for all vegetarians, across all the outlets in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Bengaluru.
