Mahesh Kale enthralled the audiences across Maharashtra with a series of Diwali concerts in Mumbai (held in Thane, Dadar and Vile Parle) as well as in Pune and Nashik.
The concerts showcased a blend of classical raagas and his original compositions, with Kale’s own bandishes adding a personal touch that resonated with listeners.
At his recent performance held at the Parle Tilak Vidyalaya in Vile Parle, Kale performed several Hindustani Classical raagas and abhangs against a backdrop of Diwali fireworks illuminating the Mumbai sky.
His repertoire included popular songs like Lagi Karejwa Katar, Avigat Nath Niranjan Deva, Deva Gharache Dnyat Kunala, He Surano Chandra Vha, Janmo Janmi Aamhi Bahu Punya Kele and Kanada Raja Pandharicha, among others.
The evening was graced by noted actors Upendra Limaye, Makraand Deshpande, Jitendra Joshi, Ishitta Arun and musician Dhruv Ghanekar, all of whom were seen enjoying the performance.
Kale continues to captivate global audiences with the rich tradition of Hindustani Classical Music.
