4 pm Enroll for a quick two-hour session on Street Fighting, which aims at teaching you essential street-skills to defend yourself from an attacker. The workshop will be a group session, and you will be paired up with other participants to practice. You will be taught how to free yourself from various grips and holds, protect yourself from an attack and even attack back.
