Veteran director Girish Kasaravalli has recently completed a feature-length documentary on the Samskara writer. The film captures Kasaravalli’s conversations with Ananthamurthy as well as enactments and readings from various works of the Jnanpith Award winner.

Not only this, the documentary, Ananthamurthy: Not A Biography, But A Hypothesis, also includes the late Ananthamurthy’s interviews with contemporary thinkers and writers. Elucidating and a must for any bookworm, catch the premiere of the documentary film to discover the Gandhian visionary.
