The seven-member band was the runner up at the recently-held Hard Rock Rising competition. All the members work at the same company.

Bhaskar Jyoti Choudhury, who plays the bass for the band, says, "None of us knew about each other. We met at our company's annual event and formed a 10-piece band."

However, the original line-up did not last long as not everyone wanted to pursue music seriously. Today, the band line-up comprises Udbhav Varshney (keys and vocals), Bhushan Sonawane (guitar), Ujjwal Kumar Ghosh (vocals), Sunil Menhdiratta (guitar), Akshay Ambekar (percussion), Choudhury (bass) and Subhranshu Nayak (vocals).

The band is known for its Fusion music — songs that are a mix of English, Hindi and Marathi. Varshney elucidates, "In an attempt to maintain the exclusivity of our band, we mostly perform originals and have songs in three languages. This connects us to a diverse set of audience.

Though we aren't into music full-time, it is our passion and we perform occasionally on weekends. With the swelling numbers of music bands in the city, it is not easy to make a living out of it."

Also, since Ambekar plays the sitar, the band is planning to feature his talent in one of their upcoming performances.

The evening will also see performances by the bands Quarter-Life Crisis and Nirmohi.
