Netflix released first look images and announced rapper Common as a recurring guest star for the second season of Never Have I Ever.

Fans of Mindy Kaling's Netflix based comedy-drama 'Never Have I Ever,' have a reason to rejoice as the makers have released fresh new stills from the second season and also made a special announcement.

Fans will see Ramakrishnan reprising her role of Devi in season 2 along with Poorna Jagannathan who will be seen as Devi's mother Dr. Nalini Vishwakumar. Richa Moorjani, Jaren Lewison, Darren Barnet, Lee Rodriguez, and Ramona Young will also be seen in the new season. The series revolves around Devi, a modern-day first-generation Indian American teenage girl.

Rapper Common joins the cast as Dr. Chris Jackson, a suave and debonair dermatologist who works in Nalini's (Poorna Jagannathan) building. His high-end practice and celebrity clients are impressive to everyone - except Nalini.

In Season 2 of the coming-of-age comedy Never Have I Ever, Indian American teenager Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) continues to deal with the everyday pressures of high school and drama at home, while also navigating new romantic relationships.
