Kusum is a beautiful woman married to the feudal man Mahesh for the last eight years. Unfortunately, she is neglected by her husband and constantly craving for his love and attention. But Mahesh disregards and is least bothered of his wife, and is always seeking the company of his friends. He shows no concern for Kusum’s feelings and desires. But then Mahesh too is fighting a battle of traumatic demons of his childhood. This trauma drives him to be in a constant stupor state. Kusum on the other hand is fighting the battle of being his second wife in this loveless marriage.

Kusum’s wilted life starts to bloom when her sexual desire is fulfilled by her maid and then eventually by her cousin Suhani. But when Suhani falls in love with their house help Ansh, Kusum is enraged. She desperately now wants to put an end to the relationship between Ansh and Suhani. Kusum hatches a plan with her husband Mahesh to stop Suhani from being attracted to any men in the future. When Suhani realizes this, she instead hatches a plan to elope with Ansh, but aghast she comes to know that Ansh is dead.
