Gulshan looks forward to reprising his role of the quirky Char Cut Atmaram as Guns & Gulaabs 2 is greenlit

Another round of crazy

Fans of Guns & Gulaabs (2023) aren’t the only ones excited that the series has been renewed for a second season. Gulshan Devaiah, who played the quirky Char Cut Atmaram in Raj-DK’s crime comedy, is elated at the opportunity to reprise the role. Soon after Guns & Gulaabs had premièred last August, the actor caught the audience and critics’ attention as the ruthless and cold-blooded contract killer who derives his odd name from the four-step process that he uses to kill people. Now, he is excited to see what director duo Raj-DK—who are known for their wacky imagination—have in store ahead for the villainous character. “I am always thrilled to be a part of Raj-DK’s world. I enjoyed being Atmaram in Guns & Gulaabs. The audiences’ response to my role was sensational, and I hope to reunite with Bichoo, the char-cut Rampuri and entertain viewers as the season moves ahead with new twists and turns,” shares the actor.

Set in the fictional town of Gulaabganj, the Netflix offering is led by Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan and Adarsh Gourav.
