The upcoming show Mentalhood made headlines when it was announced. The show will also mark actress Karisma Kapoor's digital debut where she will play the lead. The web show will bring the rollercoaster journey of mothers to our screens. Underlining the various shades of motherhood, the makers unveiled the trailer of the web series.

In the teaser, Karisma showcases the topsy-turvy ride of the various kinds of mothers and how they manoeuvre their way around unreasonable expectations and eccentricities to raise their children. Multi-tasking becomes a habit and constant worrying and a feeling of guilt becomes their nature.

The web series stars Dino Morea, Sanjay Suri, Sandhya Mridul, Shilpa Shukla, Shruti Seth and Tillotama Shoma led by Karisma Kapoor. Directed by Karishma Kohli, Mentalhood will see Karisma playing Meira, a small town mom who is trying to navigate through this jungle of Mumbai momzillas. She knows parenting is all about the right balance and finding that balance becomes the tricky part.
The makers of the show are all set to hold a trailer launch event on 24 February 2020, which will be a grand affair. The much-awaited show, Mentalhood, will be streaming on ZEE5 and AltBalaji on 11 March.
