'Bigg Boss 13' winner Sidharth Shukla, best known for his role in the long-running TV serial 'Balika Vadhu', passed away after a massive heart attack on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Industry friends and colleagues paid a visit to the actor's house and offered their condolences to friends and family. Jay Bhanushali, Mahhi Vij, Karanvir Bohra, Vishal Aditya Singh were clicked at the actor's Andheri home.
Sidharth Shukla was 40-years-old and is survived by his mother and two sisters. A Cooper Hospital spokesperson said that the actor was "brought dead" in the morning. Television stars Madhurima Tuli, Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin too arrived at his residence for the last rites.
Bigg Boss 13 wasn't the first reality show Sidharth won. He had previously won the reality show, 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7'. He also hosted 'Savdhaan India' and 'India's Got Talent'. Shabbir Ahluwalia, Vikas Gupta, Asim Riaz, who were good friends with the actor, also attended the last rites.
Sidharth Shukla's sudden demise was not only shocking for his friends and family, but has also left his fans and social media followers devastated. Shefali Jariwala, Shweta Gulati, Rashami Desai arrived at his Andheri home to pay their last respects.
Rahul Mahajan, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar, who have been a part of Bigg Boss, also arrived at Sidharth Shukla's residence.
Gauahar Khan too visited Sidharth shukla's home, and looked to be in deep shock. The actress also shared her journey with Sidharth on social media which read, "from me watching you as an audience, to me discovering you as a friend. Thank you @colorstv and #BiggBoss for introducing me to a GEM ! @realsidharthshukla the moments I shared with u taught me how childlike you were , soft hearted , caring , loving , ziddi in the spirit to win in a game , naughtiest in the group , apologetic when u realised ur mistake , gave the best hugs , needed all the pampering to show apnapan , n just the nicest little child in the body of a handsome hunk [sic]"
Gurmeet Choudhary, Maneish Paul, Varun Dhawan and Shashank Khaitan were also snapped at Sidharth Shukla's Andheri home. Varun, who has shared the screen with the late actor, shared photos with him and wrote, "Rip brother u are loved by so many and u touched so many with ur kind heart and beautiful personality. Today heaven has gained a star and we have lost one. My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones [sic]"
