Ronit Roy was recently seen in the Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Bloody Daddy' and Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's 'Shehzada.'
In an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor said working with young co-stars is what inspires him to keep fit.
Speaking about the food intake he follows it is an intermittent diet, with low carb and high protein. He has also turned vegan.
Besides pics from the gym, Ronit also shares photos and videos of him cycling and working out outdoors.
In an earlier interview with mid-day.com, Ronit had said he considers himself more fortunate than most actors, "I may not have been part of great commercial sucesses but I've had my share of 100 crore films and also been part of total duds and disasters but all through out the love from critics and the audience has remained constant."
Speaking about keeping himself motivated the actor shared his thoughts saying, "I have never had to look for motivation. It comes to me and I'm blessed."
He added that being someone who enjoys running, he has always been conscious about keeping fit. "I have taken a two-three month break and when my jeans don't fit and get tight, I start running again."
He shared that running helped him when he was out of work. "Running helped me release my so-called depressive state."
He said, "I pay attention to things that most people don't in the room and those things stick."
Ronit will next be seen in Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh.
Rohit recently told mid-day.com, "My brother is the more adventerous and tougher one bacause he is a martial artist."
