Tannaz Irani is seeking inspiration from Ranveer Singh for playing a negative character in Apna Time Bhi Aayega. He had locked himself in a room to get into his Padmaavat (2018) character. “If they do it for movies, we should do it for television too,” says Irani.

Tannaz Irani is seen as Maharani Rajeshwari Singh Rawat - the Maharani of the Rajawat Khaandaan of Jaipur in the show. The show airs on Zee TV.
