Krushna extends olive branch to uncle Govinda, seeks reconciliation after long-standing feud

In an unexpected twist, the actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek extended a mention to his uncle-actor Govinda for the very first time, amidst their long-standing seven-year family dispute. He admits that his act of posting and tagging him on social media was an attempt to reconcile their strained relationship. The media has been buzzing with their public arguments, ranging from Abhishek's accusations of Govinda neglecting his children in the hospital to Govinda labeling his nephew as a dishonest individual. Abhishek, recently shared a video showcasing his dancing skills on social media. This video stirred emotions within him and prompted him to reflect on how much he has learned from his beloved "mamu."

"Regardless of whether he responds or not, I wanted to tag him. I hope and pray that this dispute comes to an end. Time is passing by, and I wish for all of this to be resolved now. I love him. I doubt if anyone in our family respects him as much as I do," says Abhishek. His debut on television also happened alongside Govinda on the show "Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai." He adds, "Where there is love, there are also conflicts. It has been enough; it should end now. I also love my 'maami' (Govinda's wife - Sunita Ahuja). She has done a lot for me. She is like a mother to me. Whenever a child says something hurtful, it angers the mother to such an extent that the person thinks she doesn't want to meet him at all. So, I believe that might be the reason behind the anger."

When asked if he recently met Govinda, Abhishek responds, "We haven't met because we have been busy. But I am certain that if we come face to face, things will be resolved immediately. The last time I saw him was in Dubai four to five years ago. It was like a scene straight out of a movie. I spotted him in the mall and exclaimed his name. He noticed me, and his reaction was filled with joy, as if to say, 'Oh, this is my son. What is he doing here?' We met each other with great affection. We both melt in each other's presence."

While they haven’t reconciled publicly yet, this gesture opens the door for potential healing and the possibility of finding common ground.
