It’s family time for Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, this Dussehra. In a last minute plan she flew to Bhopal and is excited to celebrate the festival with family like she has been doing since childhood.

Divyanka, who was the runner-up in the last season of Khatron Ke Khiladi, told mid-day.com, “I was not sure if I’m coming to Bhopal, but now my entire family is here. Vivek (Dhaiya) unfortunately isn’t here because he’s shooting. But my didi, jijaji, their three kids are all in Bhopal. We are missing Vivek, of course. We may go to see Ravan dahan this year if it happens as it always used to when we were kids.”

The actress won praise from fans for her grit and determination to complete tasks on Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi. Divyanka recently shared a post flaunting her injuries with the caption, “Edited or original? I prefer the latter. Why hide? Embrace reality.” In an exclusive interview with mid-day.com, she said, "Wounds may look unacceptable on an actor, but they are like medals on a soldier. It's a matter of perception. Also, I notice how people at times stress themselves out comparing their own lives with that of actors', being portrayed on social media. They must know that 'every human' undergoes a variety of emotions and hardships."
