Actress Saumya Tandon will soon be seen donning the avatar of a glamourous secretary in an upcoming episode of Bhabhiji Ghar par hain. Saumya as always has exceeded the expectations of the audience not just in terms of her performance but also in the ways she creates and pulls of stunning looks on the show. The stunning yet delightfully prim and glamourous look of the character underlines the subtle sophistication that Saumya loves to incorporate in every outfit she designs. According to sources, the actress apparently took cues for this particular look from Cameron Diaz in Bad Teacher.
On speaking about the character's look, Saumya said " When I was told that I have to do the secretary look. I thought I should make her glamorous, funny and quirky. For a chief minister's secretary it was quite bizarre to have this get up, but since its comedy, we don't have to make it real, a bit bizarre works.
So I teamed up a formal peplum short black skirt with formal shirts and halter office wear tops, I pulled my hair back in a ponytail and wore specs. I kept a live typewriter walking behind me, basically, a guy running with a Stypewriter , whenever my boss (Tiwari ji) will ask me to type anything I would type at a fast speed with my head gyrating into sharp nods with the movement of my fingers and my ponytails moving like a pendulum. With Tiwari always eyeing the Bhabhiji this glamorous secretary look worked perfectly.
