Actors head to Taiwan to reap benefits of training amidst nature

The television industry is ruthlessly demanding on its actors to maintain a svelte frame that's the result of a stringent diet and hours of toil at the gym. But select artistes of the small screen, it appears, have called time on their monotonous fitness regimen by shunning the cling-clank of Andheri gyms for the locales of Taiwan. TV producer Sunny Arora, who promotes unique workouts on his YouTube channel and runs a fitness outfit, leads a pack of five actor-friends to Taiwan to combine travel with functional training outdoors. mid-day gets them to chronicle their toil.
