Though she could not take her eyes off Ash on the set, she did not forget to click a selfie with her post the day’s shoot. Ash is shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.

Talking about Ponniyin Selvam, the star line-up of the historical includes Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi and Trisha. To be developed in two parts, the period drama offers a retelling of the early days of Arulmozhi Varman before he became the great Chola emperor. Sarath Kumar plays Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar, the chancellor and treasurer of the Chola kingdom, while Aishwarya portrays Princess Nandini, his beautiful and manipulative wife.
