Sankalp Reddy’s film is about the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan deployed submarine.

The submarine was used in the 1965 and 1971 wars between India and Pakistan. A lot of research and detailing has gone while penning the script.

The first stint takes off in Hyderabad shortly. Taapsee is looking forward to enact a slice of history. Also, since she began acting with Telugu films, it is also a homecoming of sorts.
