Last November, Tamannaah Bhatia had been finalised for the Tamil remake of Kangana Ranaut-starrer 'Queen' (2014). In an interview with mid-day, she had said she'd like tips from the National Award-winning actress to prep for the role. However, it seems the project has been sent to the cold storage.
"We were supposed to do that film, but it's not happening anymore. The reason is unknown to me, but I know it's shelved," Tamannaah says on the sidelines of 'Baahubali 2' promotions.

Like most fans of the war-drama franchise, the actress too is excited about the release of Bahubali: The Conclusion, which will finally unlock the mystery behind the question: Kattappa ne Bahubali ko kyun maara? "The first part will be re-releasing soon, and that's a first for me."
Post Bahubali (2015), Tamannaah adds, filmmakers are looking at her in a different light. "I am getting better offers since directors feel that I am versatile and can be more than just a girl next door. I am also consciously trying not to be repetitive."
Ask her if she thinks she will get another film as big as Bahubali in future and she says, "This film happened to me after I went through a lean phase in my career with films like Himmatwala (2013), Humshakals (2014) and Entertainment (2015). So, I think my reality is way better than my imagination, but I still hope that many more Bahubalis happen in my life."
