Singer Calvin Harris reportedly rents out his four-bedroom flat in Glasgow to university students for 400 pounds a room but has been failing to keep up with his duties as a landlord.

According to a source, the 31-year-old, who earned an estimated 43 million pounds last year and was named the world's highest-paid celebrity couple along with his girlfriend Taylor Swift, is so busy with the popstar that he can't take care of his flat on his own, reports a website.

“Calvin’s so busy he’s let a few things slide. One tenant complained he didn’t fix a broken fridge for six months,” a source said.

Meanwhile, Harris, who previously dated singer Rita Ora, is said to be feeling “inspired” by his successful girlfriend.

“She’s the only female on the planet he feels inspired by, because of what she’s achieved,” the source said.
