'Iron Man' star Robert Downey Jr's wife Susan has given birth to their second child, a baby girl.

Susan gave birth to their daughter in LA this week. The couple are already parents to their two-year-old son, Exton. Downey also has a 21-year-old son, Indio, from a previous marriage.

Last week, Downey, 49, paid a tribute to his wife and their soon-to-be-born daughter while accepting an award for excellence in film at the BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards.

Downey had revealed in July that the couple was expecting a baby girl.
