Kardashian posted a teaser trailer for the 14th season of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' to Instagram, in which she can be seen telling sister Khloe, "We're having a baby!"
The confirmation comes amid speculation that the couple has hired a surrogate to carry the baby as Kardashian faced complications during her pregnancies with daughter North, four, and Saint, one.
That is a lot of baby news in the Kardashian family as her sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are also pregnant.
