BTS’s Jin undergoes surgery after injuring finger

Big Hit entertainment, on Saturday informed fans that BTS group member Jin, had to undergo an emergency surgery after injuring his finger. The surgery was successful and Jin will wear a cast for the time being for stabilization. ‘Jin injured his left index finger during his daily activities and visited the emergency room at a hospital nearby for examination and treatment on Friday, March 18. He consulted doctors and was told he required surgery as the tendons in the finger had been partially damaged. Jin was discharged from the hospital on the morning of Saturday, March 19, and has been resting, ‘ the statement read. 


Recently, Jin along with bandmates RM, Suga Jimin and V had tested positive for Covid-19. Jimin also had to undergo an emergency surgery for appendicitis. The group had recently taken to stage, with 'Permission to Dance' Seoul for the first time in over two years. They are scheduled to perform at the Grammys in April, and will host another 'Permission to Dance' concert in Las Vegas soon after.
