Filmmaker Ang Lee's upcoming directorial "Gemini Man" is set to hit theatres on October 4, 2019.
Paramount announced the release date of the film, which features Will Smith as an aging assassin fighting his own clone who is 25 years younger than him and at the peak of his abilities, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jerry Bruckheimer, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger are producing the project, with Don Murphy and Chad Oman serving as executive producers.
Originally set up at Disney in 1997, the movie had faced a lot of delays because that time visual technology was not available for the same actor to play the same part.
