R&B star Usher broke down in tears in court after his ex-wife Tameka Foster's attorney insinuated he cares more about partying than he does about his children
The OMG! hitmaker was on the stand for hours on Monday in his ongoing custody trial with Foster and during questioning at the Atlanta court, her lawyer produced photos of the singer partying in Europe in February.

Usher is fighting for more custody of his two sons with Foster, but her lawyer tried to prove he would rather go wild at a nightclub than be a good father, a website reported. Usher was also grilled about his alleged drug use.
The singer admitted to smoking pot in the past, but when the subject turned to his alleged ecstasy use Usher's lawyer objected. The singer's full name is Usher Terry Raymond IV.
